1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RakeSign's document signing services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CloudRaker Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

RakeSign provides secure digital document signing services, including but not limited to:
- Digital signature creation and sealing
- Document storage and management
- Audit trail generation and maintenance
- Identity verification for signers
3. User Obligations
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of CloudRaker Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudRaker Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Quebec.
